What you'll do

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify their needs and demonstrate how Masv can address them effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of the Masv platform.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and solutions that align with client requirements.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to the Masv platform.
• Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients, enhancing their understanding and usage of our services.
• Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
• Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and improving customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position Masv's offerings in the market.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, solutions provided, and project statuses.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent Masv and promote our solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product capabilities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during the customer journey and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and data transfer solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Nice to have

• Experience with video and media transfer solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of APIs and integration processes.
