About the role
ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to act as a foundational pillar for a new market, owning the full lifecycle of market entry and team development. In this capacity, you will operate with the autonomy and accountability of a co-founder, driving the deployment of our voice AI technology within a designated strategic region. You will own the identification and resolution of the most critical audio challenges faced by leading enterprises, translating ambiguous problems into concrete, high-impact solutions. This role requires you to build and nurture trusted relationships with key decision-makers, establishing ElevenLabs as an indispensable partner in their digital transformation journey. You will architect and oversee the implementation of complex, bespoke voice AI systems that are deeply integrated into core business workflows. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to generate tangible business value and establish a scalable blueprint for expansion across the target market.

What you'll do
Identify and qualify high-value strategic accounts by analyzing market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and latent audio AI needs to define the highest-impact opportunity areas.
Architect and lead the formation of a dedicated forward-deployed engineering squad, responsible for delivering and supporting integrated voice solutions within the assigned region.
Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders to map complex workflows and pinpoint the most pressing audio-related inefficiencies and strategic objectives.
Design and implement bespoke technical integrations that align ElevenLabs' voice AI models with the specific product roadmaps and operational constraints of strategic customers.
Establish and enforce best practices for the adoption and scaling of AI voice technology, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with industry standards.
Serve as the primary technical and strategic spokesperson for ElevenLabs, delivering compelling narratives and data-driven insights to C-suite executives and technical leadership.
Synthesize qualitative customer feedback and quantitative performance metrics to directly inform the product roadmap and model development cycles of the research and product teams.
Develop and execute a portfolio of high-fidelity demonstrations that de-risk the adoption of voice AI by showcasing tangible value across diverse use cases and industries.
Perform comprehensive market analysis to uncover adjacent verticals and novel applications for AI audio, enabling the identification of new revenue streams and expansion opportunities.
Own the end-to-end execution of flagship projects, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional dependencies to deliver mission-critical outcomes for marquee partners.
Act as a bridge between global product strategy and regional execution, ensuring tight alignment and rapid iteration between ElevenLabs' core teams and the deployed squad.
Champion the adoption of AI-first methodologies within the team and client organizations, leveraging intelligent tools to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality.
Define and refine the operational playbooks for customer success and implementation, creating a scalable framework for consistent, high-touch delivery.
Quantify the business impact of deployed solutions, articulating clear ROI and establishing the case for further investment in voice AI capabilities.
Requirements
Must possess extensive experience engaging with executive stakeholders, including C-suite and Vice President-level leaders, to influence strategic decisions and secure buy-in for complex initiatives.
Demonstrated history of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where ownership and adaptability are paramount.
Exceptional capability to translate ambiguous, high-level business problems into well-defined technical scopes and deliverable solutions.
Strong background in architecting and implementing complex software integrations, with a deep understanding of APIs, system design, and data flow within enterprise environments.
Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders, prioritizing effectively to meet aggressive deadlines without compromising on quality or client satisfaction.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of tailoring messaging for diverse audiences, from technical engineers to board-level decision-makers.
Deep commitment to a data-driven approach, utilizing metrics and feedback to iterate on solutions and drive continuous improvement in both client outcomes and product development.
