This role represents a strategic opportunity within MarqVision's customer success organization. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for key enterprise accounts in Japan. Your primary mission is to translate MarqVision's brand protection technology into concrete business outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from initial engagement through renewal and expansion.

Location and Compensation
The position is based in Tokyo, Japan. It is a full-time role with an annual compensation package of ¥18,000,000-¥22,000,000.
Key Responsibilities
You will guide executive stakeholders to define priorities and align on measurable success metrics. Your work will orchestrate onboarding workflows and post-sales reviews. These efforts will drive retention and identify opportunities for account expansion. You will map solution designs together with engineering and product teams. This ensures brand protection requirements are met precisely.
Creating early warning systems for infringement detection is a core duty. You will coordinate rapid response actions across internal and external teams. Hosting training sessions and business reviews is essential. These ensure stakeholders master MarqVision's platform capabilities effectively. You will translate client needs into structured product feedback. This feedback will directly inform the product roadmap and feature validation.
Forging regional partnerships is part of this role. You will synchronize enforcement strategies across different markets and sales channels. Tracking project health is a continuous responsibility. You will manage timelines, milestones, and success criteria with transparency. This includes communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders. You will also represent the voice of Japanese customers within the company's global operations.
Required Qualifications
You must bring over five years of SaaS customer success experience within Japan. Proven ability in leading renewals, expansions, and strategic account planning in enterprise settings is mandatory. You must communicate with native-level fluency in Japanese. Business English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. You can explain complex brand protection concepts to diverse audiences. You thrive in dynamic environments and maintain composure under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with global brands in luxury, gaming, or automotive sectors is valued. A background in legal, intellectual property, or technology domains is a strong asset. Familiarity with content takedown processes and the policies of online platforms is considered a plus.
Tools and Skills
Proficiency with MarqVision, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace is necessary for success in this role.
