You will translate complex legal and operational threats into scalable AI-powered product workflows that protect revenue and brand integrity. This role demands deep collaboration with engineering, data science, and global operations to turn strategic brand protection goals into executable product roadmaps. You will own key metrics across detection accuracy, enforcement speed, and customer adoption for mission-critical tools. You will act as the primary product voice for brand protection, ensuring that user needs and market dynamics are reflected in every major release. You will champion the use of generative AI and automation to democratize brand defense for innovators and creators worldwide. You will define and iterate on product hypotheses, running experiments that prove impact before scaling solutions globally. You will represent MarqVision in strategic discussions, aligning product outcomes with investor confidence and long-term brand trust.

What you'll do
Define and evolve the product strategy for brand protection tools that detect, analyze, and remediate IP infringement across e-commerce, social media, and AI platforms.
Partner with AI and engineering leaders to design scalable features that automate evidence collection, risk scoring, and takedown workflows at global volume.
Establish and manage OKRs, success metrics, and dashboards to measure detection precision, enforcement cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct stakeholder interviews with brand owners, operators, and investigators to uncover pain points and translate them into prioritized product requirements.
Lead cross-functional alignment with sales, customer success, operations, and compliance to ensure product initiatives support commercial and regulatory goals.
Collaborate with peer product managers to standardize workflows, share component libraries, and resolve interdependencies that impact integration and performance.
Analyze large datasets and enforcement outcomes to drive iterative improvements in AI models, user experience, and process efficiency.
Represent MarqVision in customer and industry forums, gathering competitive insights and validating product direction with real-world use cases.
Own documentation, roadmap narratives, and executive communications to maintain clarity on product vision, trade-offs, and timelines.
Continuously explore emerging AI platforms and enforcement channels, proposing experiments that test new forms of infringement and defense mechanisms.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as business, computer science, law, or engineering.
Must bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering complex B2B or B2C products in regulated or high-stakes environments.
Must demonstrate fluency in both English and Korean, with proven ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders and customers across regions.
Must be comfortable working with ambiguous problems, navigating incomplete information, and making timely decisions despite uncertainty.
Must show strong analytical skills, using quantitative data and qualitative research to inform product decisions and measure impact over time.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Must be action-oriented, with a bias for speed and execution while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
Must be willing to travel occasionally for customer visits, industry events, or internal meetings as required by business needs.
Nice to have
Prior experience in global B2B SaaS product development, especially launching and scaling products across international markets.
Background in AI-driven solutions, with hands-on experience in machine learning applications or building AI-powered consumer or enterprise products.
Experience in brand protection, compliance, or digital enforcement domains, with familiarity in takedown processes and platform policies.
Exposure to generative AI platforms and tools, and understanding of how these technologies create new opportunities and risks for brand owners.
Practical notes
This role may require occasional travel for customer engagements, partner meetings, or industry conferences.
