What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets while meeting quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, facilitating clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to address any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and adjust project plans as necessary.
• Prepare and present project documentation, including reports, presentations, and proposals, to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations while ensuring that deliverables align with their objectives.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members, providing support and fostering their professional development.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout all project phases.
• project management software and tools to track progress, manage resources, and facilitate communication among team members.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned for future projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or software development sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, with relevant certifications being a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello, with a strong understanding of collaboration software.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in managing international projects or working with remote teams.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in project settings.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar credentials.
