What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify training needs across different teams and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Design and develop engaging training programs and materials tailored to various learning styles, utilizing both in-person and digital formats.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance team members' skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers and team leads to establish quality assurance protocols and benchmarks for performance evaluation.
• Review and analyze project outputs to ensure compliance with quality standards, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to training programs, quality assurance processes, and performance evaluations for future reference.
• Act as a point of contact for team members seeking guidance on quality standards and training resources, fostering an open communication environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and quality assurance, integrating relevant insights into Bamboohr's processes.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive adequate training and resources to succeed in their roles.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members, helping them to achieve their professional development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training, quality assurance, or a related role, preferably within a tech or service-oriented company.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Knowledge of performance management processes and metrics is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in the tech industry or with AI-related projects.
• Certification in quality management or training and development.

• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana) to track training initiatives and quality assurance projects.
• Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and participant feedback efficiently.
