What you'll do

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems, aligning IT solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Experience with server management, virtualization technologies, and cloud computing solutions.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical staff.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a keen attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
• Experience with IT project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
