About the role
You will architect and deploy the complete onboarding journey for every new service center employee at Lucid, owning the end to end experience from first contact through full operational readiness. This position requires you to translate complex service operations into structured learning pathways that drive confidence and competence across all roles. You will act as the central point of ownership for service knowledge, ensuring that standards, processes, and tools are communicated with precision and consistency. The role demands a deep understanding of electric vehicle service environments and the ability to design experiences that reduce ramp time while increasing quality. You will partner closely with service leaders, IT, and training stakeholders to align onboarding with business objectives and cultural values. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction by ensuring every team member is equipped to deliver exceptional experiences from day one. You will continuously analyze feedback and outcomes to refine programs, using data to iterate and improve the effectiveness of each onboarding touchpoint.

What you'll do
Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program that spans in person sessions, virtual workshops, and e learning modules for all new service hires.
Coordinate with IT and cross functional partners to ensure every new employee receives correct system access for DMS, parts ordering, diagnostic tools, and other critical platforms.
Map the first 90 days of employment for each role, establishing clear milestones, scheduled check ins, and resource allocations to accelerate integration.
Develop high quality training materials such as manuals, slide presentations, videos, and interactive e learning content that explain service processes and standards.
Deliver training on service operations, customer service standards, and best practices for managing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Partner with service teams in the field to provide on the job coaching, observe performance, and reinforce classroom learning through practical application.
Analyze knowledge gaps by gathering continuous feedback from trainees and supervisors, then propose solutions and updates to existing programs.
Build and maintain a structured feedback loop with field teams to evaluate training effectiveness and improve content delivery over time.
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility when responding to shifting priorities, deadlines, and evolving business needs in a fast paced environment.
Own documentation related to onboarding workflows, training inventories, and compliance records to support audit and operational reviews.
Support the creation of standardized templates for schedules, checklists, and communication plans that can be reused across service centers.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical content, ensuring that training aligns with current vehicle technology and service procedures.
Track key onboarding metrics such as time to proficiency, completion rates, and satisfaction scores to inform data driven improvements.
Promote a culture of continuous learning by encouraging feedback, recognizing successful knowledge transfer, and highlighting best practices internally.
Requirements
Bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in service training, parts operations, or customer service roles, with automotive or EV experience being a strong advantage.
Show a proven track record of developing and delivering operational training that improves team performance and adherence to standards.
Exhibit strong presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to engage diverse audiences, actively listen, and adapt content in real time.
Possess a solid understanding of service processes, parts management, and customer service standards within the automotive industry.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
Work effectively both independently and within a team, demonstrating ownership, reliability, and a commitment to shared goals.
Apply a problem solving mindset and attention to detail when diagnosing training needs and implementing corrective actions.
