Lucid Motors is seeking a highly driven and experienced Manager, Service Supply Chain Operations Europe to lead and enhance the Aftersales product supply chain across Europe. This role encompasses service parts, accessories, tooling, and packaging. You will be responsible for planning, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and ensuring high availability, efficiency, and operational excellence in a fast‑growing environment.

You will champion partnerships with third‑party logistics providers, refining warehouse, transport, returns, and packaging operations for performance. Guiding inventory accuracy and health will be a core focus, achieved through strict control of safety stocks and replenishment logic. You will elevate logistics flows and packaging sustainability to support market expansion and maintain cost discipline. Enhancing ERP, WMS, and planning tools while establishing scalable processes and driving continuous improvement will be central to the role. Managing the regional supply chain team and partnering with Service, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Global Supply Chain on operational and customer‑experience improvements are key responsibilities. You will also drive performance across key metrics including OTIF, fulfillment, MoS, claim rate, inventory accuracy, and obsolescence rate while upholding the highest safety standards.

What you'll do
You will architect demand and supply plans to ensure service parts remain available across European networks. You will analyze forecast variations and actual consumption to fine-tune demand signals and reduce stockouts. You will champion partnerships with third‑party logistics providers, refining warehouse, transport, returns, and packaging operations for performance. You will negotiate service level agreements and monitor key logistics metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. Guiding inventory accuracy and health will be a core focus, achieved through strict control of safety stocks and replenishment logic. You will execute cycle counts, reconcile system data, and resolve discrepancies to maintain high integrity in inventory records. You will elevate logistics flows and packaging sustainability to support market expansion and maintain cost discipline. You will identify opportunities to consolidate shipments, reduce empty miles, and implement eco‑friendly packaging initiatives. Enhancing ERP, WMS, and planning tools while establishing scalable processes and driving continuous improvement will be central to the role. You will lead process mapping sessions, standardize workflows, and introduce best practices across the service supply chain. Managing the regional supply chain team and partnering with Service, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Global Supply Chain on operational and customer‑experience improvements are key responsibilities. You will facilitate cross‑functional reviews to resolve root causes and align on corrective actions. You will drive performance across key metrics including OTIF, fulfillment, MoS, claim rate, inventory accuracy, and obsolescence rate while upholding the highest safety standards. You will monitor KPIs, highlight deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain target performance. You will ensure compliance with hazardous materials regulations and safety protocols across all operations.
Requirements
You hold a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business as a preferred baseline. You bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain or spare parts operations, with a required background in automotive or aftersales. You demonstrate strong 3PL management, warehousing, planning, and proficiency with SAP or WMS tools. Clear communication, rigorous data analysis, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. You thrive in fast‑paced settings, showing strong ownership and a drive for ongoing improvement. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required. You are authorized to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship. You can start within 2 months. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal. You have a deep understanding of spare parts and service operations in the automotive industry. You have hands‑on experience with inventory management techniques and accuracy controls. You have managed relationships with external logistics partners. You are proficient in advanced Excel and analytics tools. You have experience working in ERP and WMS environments. You understand regulatory requirements for hazardous goods in Europe.

Compensation: 70,000 to 90,000 EUR per year
