About the role
This leadership position guides the regional technical service organization for Lucid Motors across Europe. You will manage a diverse portfolio including technical support, field quality, remote diagnostics, and special vehicle operations to ensure operational effectiveness and high customer satisfaction. In this role, you will define the technical vision for European service delivery and act as the strategic link between regional execution and global standards. You will leverage data-driven insights to refine processes, enhance service quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities within the aftersales ecosystem. You will be responsible for aligning technical operations with business objectives to support Lucid's growth in the European market. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build resilient teams and maintain exceptional standards in vehicle service and customer experience.

What you'll do
- Define regional technical strategy, governance, and performance metrics to maintain consistent execution across European markets.
- Act as the primary contact between European operations and global cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, parts, and service.
- Represent technical operations during new market launches, business transformation projects, and network development.
- Improve technical support workflows by using data analytics to optimize ticketing, escalation management, and reporting systems.
- Oversee the regional technical support function and monitor team performance against established service levels.
- Direct field service engineering and field quality engineering to prioritize, investigate, and resolve technical concerns.
- Manage fleet health monitoring and remote diagnostic capabilities to support proactive maintenance.
- Lead Special Vehicle Operations for media engagements, product launches, executive events, and customer demonstrations.
- Establish standards for vehicle preparation, logistics, and technical readiness for high-visibility programs.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure technical teams are equipped to handle Lucid vehicle technologies.
- Collaborate with parts and warranty teams to streamline repair processes and reduce vehicle downtime.
- Analyze service performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational enhancements.
- Partner with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and calibration of service parts across the region.
- Drive the implementation of best practices in quality management to uphold Lucid's brand reputation in Europe.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling high-performing service organizations within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in technical operations, field quality engineering, or a related automotive service leadership role.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system and reporting improvements.
- Experience managing cross-functional relationships with engineering, quality, and product teams.
- Demonstrated success in root-cause analysis and field issue resolution.
- Extensive knowledge of service technical operations and quality standards in the automotive industry.
- Track record of leading large-scale operational initiatives from strategy to execution.
