About the role
The product manager joining Limble will own the strategic integration of artificial intelligence into our existing maintenance management software suite. You will report directly to a Group Product Manager while owning the end to end delivery of features designed to predict equipment failures and reduce downtime for our customers. This role requires you to act as the connective tissue between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that AI capabilities are built and released efficiently. You will translate ambiguous problems into clear product hypotheses and success metrics that guide development. A core part of this position involves using AI tools to augment your own research, synthesis, and documentation efforts. You will be responsible for validating that new features meet real user needs through feedback loops and iterative testing. Ultimately, you will shape the direction of our product portfolio to make maintenance operations more proactive and intelligent.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to manage the product lifecycle from initial discovery through final launch, ensuring alignment on scope and quality.
- Collect and organize feedback from sales, customers, and internal stakeholders to prioritize feature development based on impact and feasibility.
- Draft technical requirements and oversee cross-functional execution, keeping timelines on track and dependencies visible.
- Identify opportunities to apply machine learning techniques to prevent equipment failure and improve maintenance workflows across diverse industries.
- Use AI tools to improve your own productivity in research, data analysis, and documentation, streamlining how insights are synthesized and shared.
- Perform quality assurance testing on new features before they go live, verifying that functionality meets requirements and user expectations.
- Maintain internal documentation to ensure team knowledge remains accurate, accessible, and easy to reference for future work.
- Analyze product analytics to uncover usage trends, guiding decisions on what to build next and how to optimize existing features.
- Partner with customer success to understand pain points and ensure that AI driven features are solving real operational challenges.
- Define and track key performance indicators for each feature, iterating based on observed behavior and stakeholder feedback.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities in the market to determine how they could be integrated into Limble's value proposition.
- Facilitate cross functional ceremonies such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain a high performing product culture.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, demonstrating consistent ownership of product outcomes.
- Background working in an Agile environment using tools like JIRA or Productboard to manage workflows and communicate status.
- Ability to manage roadmaps and provide regular, concise updates to stakeholders, balancing long term vision with immediate needs.
- Experience working in a remote setting across different time zones, maintaining productivity and clarity without constant synchronous communication.
- Proven track record of managing products from ideation to release, including scoping, execution, and post launch review.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret usage trends using tools like Pendo to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own time effectively, prioritizing work in a fast moving environment.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve daily workflows and augment problem solving.
- Understanding of software development processes and how AI features can be integrated without disrupting existing workflows.
- Willingness to engage with technical documentation and collaborate closely with engineers to assess feasibility and tradeoffs.
Nice to have
- Experience in the B2B or SaaS market, understanding the nuances of selling and operating software solutions.
- Prior work with CMMS platforms, bringing domain knowledge of maintenance management terminology and processes.
- Experience shipping features powered by AI or machine learning, such as anomaly detection or predictive analytics, and measuring their impact.
