You will act as the central point connecting marketing, design, and development teams to ensure coherence and effectiveness. What you'll do
- Define and execute web marketing strategy in alignment with Marketing leadership to support pipeline generation, brand positioning, and growth objectives.
- Manage the Webflow platform as the core content management system, overseeing site structure, design system implementation, publishing workflows, and overall site health.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, crawlability, structured data/schema implementation, Core Web Vitals optimization, internal linking, and on-page optimization.
- Drive visibility for AI search and LLM-generated answers (AEO/GEO) by optimizing content and site architecture for citation in AI Overviews, AI Mode, and assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Establish and maintain design standards in partnership with brand resources to ensure visual and UX quality in the absence of a dedicated Creative Director.
- Collaborate with developers on custom Webflow builds, integrations, and technical implementation, translating marketing requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Track and report on performance metrics including organic, direct, and referral traffic, on-site conversion rates, and the connection between web performance and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and pipeline outcomes.
- Manage domain migrations, redirects, and future platform or brand transitions by applying lessons learned from previous experiences and establishing governance protocols.
- Integrate marketing technology platforms such as CRM, email marketing automation, forms, chat tools, and personalization systems to create a unified ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, performance issues, and cross-browser/device compatibility problems to maintain a reliable user experience.
- Identify and communicate insights derived from Google Analytics, Search Console, and Salesforce or similar CRM reporting to connect web activity with business results.
- Maintain site security, backups, and basic web infrastructure hosting needs to ensure operational stability and risk mitigation.
- Stay current on evolving web and martech trends and recommend improvements to the technology stack and tooling.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to drive insights and performance excellence across digital initiatives.
- Support coordinated campaigns by building landing pages and enabling marketing initiatives that align with broader growth strategies.
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or a closely related field with B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Webflow including Designer functionality, CMS management, interactions, and hosting/publishing capabilities.
- Show strong technical SEO fluency by comfortably discussing site architecture, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals alongside content strategy considerations.
- Possess working knowledge of how AI Overviews, AI Mode, and LLM-based assistants source and cite content, along with methods to optimize for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Engine Optimization (AEO).
- Exhibit a genuine design sensibility, not necessarily as a hands-on designer, but with trained judgment to direct and evaluate creative work effectively.
- Maintain basic front-end development capabilities including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, along with proficiency in CMS-to-developer handoffs.
- Demonstrate experience integrating marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, email marketing automation, forms, chat solutions, and personalization tools.
- Show ability to troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, performance bottlenecks, and cross-browser/device compatibility challenges.
- Prove skill in identifying and delivering insights from analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Search Console, ideally connecting this data to Salesforce or similar CRM reporting.
- Highlight experience with maintaining site security protocols, managing backups, and addressing basic web infrastructure and hosting requirements.

- Bring experience with SEO and competitive analysis tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrate experience coordinating with Public Relations or earned-media teams on third-party visibility across channels like Reddit, review sites, and trade press.
- Show familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue for developing interactive landing pages and dynamic user experiences.
- Demonstrate familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms including HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
- Bring experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize alternatives to drive conversion improvements.
- Possess basic design skills using tools like Figma or Adobe XD for rapid edits and mockup collaboration with creative teams.
- Show experience with email template coding using HTML email standards and testing tools like Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Demonstrate understanding of paid media landing page requirements including UTM parameter implementation and pixel tracking for campaign measurement.
