Lead Decision Scientist, Product
Job description
About the role
You are a strategic thinker who owns the analytical narrative for your assigned product area and translates ambiguous problems into clear decision frameworks. You partner deeply with product and engineering to define what success looks like before a single line of code is written. You challenge assumptions by connecting user behavior to business outcomes through rigorous causal analysis. You are responsible for turning complex data patterns into a coherent story that leadership can act upon with confidence. You will shape the roadmap by identifying high-impact opportunities and explicitly calling out the tradeoffs of inaction. You ensure that the team's measurement strategy evolves as the product and users evolve. You act as the primary voice of data in key product discussions and influence resource allocation through evidence. You contribute to building an AI-native analytics environment by defining the workflows where automation enhances human judgment.
