What you'll do
Investigate and diagnose workflow bottlenecks in hiring pipelines to identify opportunities for automation and performance gains. Design and implement robust API contracts using .NET that enable seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. Build responsive and accessible user interfaces with React to deliver intuitive experiences for recruiters and hiring teams. Collaborate with product stakeholders to refine requirements and translate business objectives into technical specifications. Optimize database queries and data access layers to ensure efficient retrieval and manipulation of large scale hiring information. Implement automated testing strategies across the stack to increase confidence in deployments and reduce regression risk. Integrate third party services and legacy systems using modern connectors and secure authentication patterns. Monitor application health and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users. Contribute to architectural decision making that balances technical debt with delivery speed and long term maintainability. Document system behaviors and component interfaces to ensure clarity for current and future engineering contributors. Guide junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Support the deployment pipeline from development through staging to production with a focus on reliability and rollback strategies.
Requirements
You must have hands on experience building applications with the .NET framework and writing production grade C Sharp code. You must have a proven track record of developing user interfaces using React and managing state with modern hooks and context patterns. You must understand the fundamentals of relational database design and be able to write efficient SQL queries for data retrieval and modification. You must be comfortable working in a RESTful API environment and consuming JSON payloads with strong type definitions. You must have experience with source control workflows using Git and collaborating on code through pull requests and reviews. You must demonstrate strong problem solving skills and the ability to debug issues across multiple layers of the technology stack. You must communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations. You must be comfortable working in an agile environment participating in sprint planning standups and retrospectives. You must be able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines without sacrificing code quality. You must be committed to writing tests and ensuring your code meets quality standards before it reaches production. You must have a keen eye for detail ensuring that user interactions are consistent and free of critical defects. You must be willing to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements as the product and market demands change.
