About the role
At Truelogic you will design and evolve scalable, resilient microservices using the .NET ecosystem while building secure, high-performance full-stack web applications with C#, Angular, and SQL Server. You will leverage AI-powered development tools and coding assistants to elevate development efficiency and software quality, applying best practices in software architecture, multi-threading, data structures, and N-Tier application design. In this role you will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across development, testing, and production environments while managing source code using Git and contributing to modern CI/CD workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, taking ownership of technical deliverables to ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across development, testing, and production environments with minimal disruption to services.
Apply best practices in software architecture, multi-threading, data structures, and N-Tier application design to create robust and future-proof solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams actively during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to align on goals and iterate based on feedback.
Manage source code using Git and contribute to modern CI/CD workflows that enable fast, reliable, and secure delivery of features and fixes.
Take ownership of technical deliverables, ensuring that solutions meet strict standards for reliability, performance, maintainability, and security.
Work within a cloud-first mindset, utilizing AWS services or other cloud platforms to deploy, scale, and operate solutions effectively.
Engage with API-first development practices, including familiarity with GraphQL and modern API design principles to support flexible integrations.
Understand and apply core AI concepts such as LLMs, MCP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance application capabilities and workflows.
Champion continuous improvement by refining HTML, CSS, software architecture, multi-threading approaches, and performance optimization techniques.
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Write unit and integration tests and work within Shift Left development environments to catch issues early and improve overall quality.
Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally, ensuring that technical concepts and decisions are conveyed to diverse stakeholders.
Maintain self-motivation and collaboration, committing to the delivery of high-quality software that aligns with business objectives and user needs.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience developing web applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL to build robust and scalable solutions.
Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and relational database design to ensure data integrity and performance.
Proven ability to build scalable enterprise SaaS applications that meet strict reliability, security, and performance standards in production environments.
Familiarity with AWS services or other cloud platforms to deploy, manage, and monitor applications in scalable and cost-effective ways.
Knowledge of GraphQL and modern API development practices is a plus, enabling flexible data querying and integration with diverse systems.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar coding agents to accelerate development and reduce manual effort.
Understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, MCP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to apply intelligent techniques in software design and implementation.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, software architecture, multi-threading, and performance optimization to create responsive and efficient applications.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills to dissect complex issues and deliver practical, maintainable fixes.
Experience writing unit and integration tests and working in Shift Left development environments to ensure early defect detection and higher code quality.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality software that aligns with user expectations and business goals.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills to facilitate collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates mastery of the required skills.
