What you'll do
- Build deep, lasting relationships with our existing and future customers by understanding their unique procurement contexts and success indicators.
- Advise and support the implementation of Levelpath to our customers, guiding configuration, rollout, and adoption activities that align with their strategic objectives.
- Help plan, build, optimize, and scale our processes, assets, and systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce to enhance service delivery for enterprise accounts.
- Develop best practice guides and product documentation that clarify workflows and capabilities for customers, enabling consistent and efficient use of the platform.
- Identify champions and build relationships with key business stakeholders within accounts to ensure cross-functional alignment and visible sponsorship.
- Drive new solution offerings to our customers by collaborating directly with the sales team, translating customer needs into actionable implementation plans.
- Bring new products to market by working closely with the product and engineering teams to validate use cases and refine go-to-market approaches.
- Represent the voice of your customers in product asks by capturing insights, requirements, and feedback that influence roadmap priorities.
- Drive and support customer health via adoption metrics, monitoring usage patterns, and recommending interventions that improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers to determine their success metrics and translate their feedback into actionable product feedback for our development team.
Requirements
- Bring empathy, patience, and a sense of urgency when supporting customers, recognizing that procurement challenges can have significant business impact.
- Possess 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a direct customer-facing role such as customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting.
- Have B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment, where you have navigated complex sales cycles and evolving requirements.
- Hold a BA or BS degree, demonstrating foundational knowledge and the ability to learn intricate systems and processes.
- Show demonstrated experience problem-solving with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in configuration, data, and communications.
- Exhibit stellar organizational skills and experience improving processes, including documentation, workflows, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Display adaptability and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Comfort in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting commitments.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders across product and engineering, bridging business needs with technical possibilities.
- Show effective collaboration and a self-starter mindset, taking initiative to resolve issues and drive projects forward.
