You will act as the primary point of contact, building deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and champions within complex organizations. You will leverage the Levelpath platform to demonstrate value and guide customers toward successful adoption and expansion. You will translate customer needs into product feedback and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape solutions. You will own the forecasting and reporting of your pipeline, ensuring accuracy and transparency for the business. You will continuously refine your approach based on market feedback and deal outcomes to drive sustainable growth.

What you'll do
- Drive revenue growth by closing new opportunities with Enterprise customers through persistent and focused effort.
- Own the entire lifecycle of a new customer relationship, initiating contact with in-bound leads and progressing them toward successful adoption.
- Hold compelling product demos that clearly communicate the Levelpath value proposition and address specific stakeholder concerns.
- Build and present detailed proposals that align with customer needs and the strategic goals of their procurement organization.
- Conduct thorough discovery and needs analysis to uncover pain points and quantify the value of the Levelpath platform.
- Navigate large enterprise organizations to identify and influence all relevant decision makers and key stakeholders.
- Record, track, reconcile, and report on all sales activities to maintain accurate sales forecasts and predictable pipeline updates.
- Partner with the product and engineering teams to collaborate on new solution offerings and bring new products to market effectively.
- Represent the voice of the customer in product development discussions to ensure solutions address real-world procurement challenges.
- Collaborate with solution consultants and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementations and strong post-sale outcomes.
- Own price negotiations and support the creation of agreements that balance customer needs with company objectives.
- Follow up with key stakeholders after contract signing to ensure a smooth transition and to identify further expansion opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan that outlines activities, milestones, and engagement strategies for each major customer.
- Leverage data and insights to refine your sales approach and continuously improve conversion rates and cycle times.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience, including closing experience with enterprise customers in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Candidates may be considered for either the Enterprise or Strategic role; placement is determined by the hiring team based on demonstrated experience.
- Experience leading your own discovery calls and product demos end-to-end without excessive guidance or support.
- A career that shows both commitment and momentum, with meaningful tenure at past companies and earned promotions or expanded scope.
- A proven track record of consistently hitting quota attainment across multiple quarters and varying market conditions.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and experience navigating large organizations to identify decision-makers and influencers.
- Ability to partner with founders, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional leaders to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
- Comfort working within a data-driven sales environment where MEDDPICC is used as a core framework for qualification and forecasting.
- Willingness to work from the New York City office at least three days per week to support team collaboration and company initiatives.
- Self-motivation to manage your own pipeline and drive activities that generate revenue without constant supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex value propositions to sophisticated buyers.
