This role demands a balance of deep architectural expertise and consultative communication to influence C-level decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate cloud transformation while mitigating technical and operational risk. Every recommendation you make will contribute to measurable customer success and confidence in the Veeva platform.

You will architect integrations between Veeva Vault applications and external systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance meet enterprise standards. You will translate complex business workflows into clear technical specifications that guide configuration, customization, and validation activities. You must be comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where requirements evolve and priorities shift. You must communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives and implementation teams. You must be willing to travel to customer sites across Europe as needed to support deployments and workshops. You must demonstrate a history of taking ownership and driving projects to successful completion with minimal supervision. You must align with Veeva's values of integrity, customer focus, collaboration, and speed.
Practical notes
The role is ideally based in the area of a Veeva office in Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, or Berlin, though other EU locations, including Milan, will be considered. Full right to work in the country of application is required, meaning you must already be authorized to work in Italy without the need for sponsorship. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the flexibility of a Work Anywhere model, allowing you to perform your duties from home or in the office based on your personal needs and team agreements. While specific hour expectations are not outlined, the position requires consistent availability to support global customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones. Travel within Europe may be required to meet with customers, facilitate workshops, or participate in implementation activities, and consultants should be prepared for occasional trips as part of the role. No visa sponsorship is provided for this position, and candidates must already hold the necessary authorization to work in their country of assignment. There are no published deadlines for this opportunity, and interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as they are ready with the required qualifications and experience.
