We are hiring an Implementation Consultant to help scale our platform and deliver value to customers from day one. You will play a key role in the pre-sales process supporting AEs and demos, the onboarding and implementation process, and driving continuous customer value. This is an opportunity to join a high-impact, customer-obsessed solutions team tackling procurement challenges head-on and play a critical role in your customer's success. This is a full-time position based in our New York City office.
What you'll do
Build deep, lasting relationships with our existing and future customers.
Advise and support the implementation of Levelpath to our customers.
Help plan, build, optimize, and scale our processes, assets, and systems, including Zendesk and Salesforce, for serving enterprise accounts.
Develop best practice guides and product documentation to share with customers.
Identify champions and build relationships with key business stakeholders within accounts.
Drive new solution offerings to our customers by working directly with the sales team.
Bring new products to market by collaborating closely with the product and engineering team.
Represent the voice of your customers in product asks.
Drive and support customer health via adoption metrics.
Collaborate with customers to determine their success metrics and translate their feedback into actionable product feedback for our development team.
Requirements
Empathy, patience, and a sense of urgency when supporting customers.
6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a direct customer-facing role, such as customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting.
B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment.
A BA or BS degree.
Demonstrated experience problem-solving with attention to detail.
Stellar organizational skills and experience improving processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort in managing multiple workstreams.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders across product and engineering.
An effective collaboration mindset and a self-starter approach.
Availability for some travel when necessary to visit customers.
