The position includes a base salary between $125,000 and $155,000 per year.
The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to improve customer experiences and business outcomes. You will focus on understanding how customers move through a product journey, identifying friction points, and uncovering opportunities to optimize conversion funnels. You are equally comfortable diving into complex datasets, defining measurement frameworks, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to turn insights into action.
You are naturally curious and constantly ask questions. You explore why customers drop off at specific stages, identify which product experiences drive higher engagement and conversion, and ensure measurement aligns with evolving business questions. You also determine what data should be collected today to answer future inquiries.
In this role, you will define and measure the customer journey, identify opportunities for funnel optimization, and influence product strategy through data-driven recommendations. You will work closely with Data Engineering teams to shape analytics infrastructure by establishing scalable data pipelines, event tracking frameworks, and trusted datasets that power future insights.
Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, a bias toward action, and the ability to translate ambiguity into structured frameworks and measurable outcomes. You will challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders across the organization, and communicate complex findings through clear, compelling narratives grounded in data. We foster a learning culture. People who thrive here demonstrate several key behaviors.
You take ownership of both business outcomes and your own development. You show curiosity by asking thoughtful questions and digging deeper to uncover root causes. You balance strategic thinking with a focus on execution. You build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams. You actively seek feedback, continuously improve, and help elevate those around you. You operate with a growth mindset and embrace change as new information becomes available.
This role offers meaningful impact through direct influence on product strategy, customer experience, and business performance. You will gain autonomy and ownership by defining analytical approaches, shaping measurement strategies, and driving high-visibility initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration will be central as you work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Engineers, and business leaders to solve complex challenges. You will operate within a continuous learning environment surrounded by curious, driven teammates who value experimentation, innovation, and professional growth.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Product and Business leaders to identify opportunities for funnel optimization, customer experience improvements, and revenue growth. You will develop analytical frameworks that measure product performance across the customer journey and inform strategic decision-making. You will conduct deep-dive analyses to identify drivers of customer behavior, conversion, engagement, retention, and product adoption.
You will define, monitor, and communicate key product performance metrics and KPIs. You will lead measurement planning for new product launches, features, and experiments. You will design and analyze A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to evaluate product changes and quantify business impact. You will collaborate with Data Engineering teams to design, validate, and maintain foundational data assets, event tracking strategies, and scalable analytics datasets.
You will identify data quality issues, measurement gaps, and opportunities to improve analytics infrastructure. You will build dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics tools that empower stakeholders across the organization. You will translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations and compelling business narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will actively influence product roadmaps and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
Candidates must have three to five years of experience analyzing product data and translating findings into action. You need experience defining frameworks, building queries, and creating metrics that drive decisions. You must be comfortable working with SQL and visualization tools while handling datasets of varying scale. You must communicate clearly with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders at all levels. You must operate effectively within the hybrid schedule, with in-office days on Tuesday through Thursday.
