About the Role
LearnLux is the leading provider of workplace financial wellbeing, combining fiduciary digital planning with direct access to Certified Financial Planner™ professionals. This role is responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, building the pipeline that fuels company growth. You will operate remotely from anywhere in the United States and travel several times annually for industry conferences. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.

Compensation: Base salary range is $65,000 to $80,000 USD, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of up to $100,000.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily work will focus on identifying and engaging high-value prospects to build a robust sales pipeline. You will research target organizations to pinpoint the right decision-makers within our ideal customer profile. Using these insights, you will design and execute multi-touch outreach sequences, continuously refining messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
A core part of this role is generating qualified pipeline through disciplined cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach, while adhering to a daily call minimum. You will respond immediately to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, content, and events to ensure no opportunity stalls. Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives and providing thorough handoffs with rich context is essential to keeping deals moving smoothly.
You will consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings completed. This requires disciplined activity logging and clean CRM hygiene in HubSpot, including real-time logging and accurate record-keeping. Staying current on trends in employee benefits and financial wellbeing is necessary to maintain credibility in conversations. You will also use AI tools to enhance your daily workflow.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must bring prior SDR or BDR experience, ideally within B2B SaaS and focused on HR or Benefits buyers. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and qualified-meeting targets is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills allow you to craft personalized, compelling outreach that resonates with prospects.
You must be comfortable and confident with cold calling and multi-channel prospecting across various platforms. Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools like HubSpot or Apollo is required. Strong research and organizational skills are necessary to manage a high volume of activity efficiently.
You should be coachable, resilient, and self-motivated, welcoming feedback while moving quickly without sacrificing attention to detail. A genuine passion for improving employees' financial wellbeing through your work is a core requirement. Hands-on experience using AI tools in your daily workflow is also expected.
