Key facts
What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth financial discovery sessions with employees across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark via video, chat, and email to address budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and other personal finance topics.
- Adapt the LearnLux financial planning methodology to the specific regulatory and cultural context of the Nordic Region, ensuring relevance and clarity for local employees.
- Act as an extension of employer teams during open enrollment by mastering their benefit plans and providing timely, accurate guidance on plan features and elections.
- Review and refine learning content in collaboration with the content team, approving outlines and lessons that align with fiduciary standards and adult learning best practices.
- Lead targeted engagement campaigns for employer partners, including digital webinars and occasional on-site events that reinforce financial wellbeing and program adoption.
- Participate in recurring team meetings to share insights from client interactions and contribute to product and process improvements for the LearnLux digital experience.
- Maintain detailed, secure records of client interactions and recommendations while adhering to data privacy and compliance requirements across European markets.
- Identify moments of truth in the employee financial journey and design clear pathways using the digital platform to guide users toward confident decisions.
- Continuously track outcomes such as engagement, comprehension, and progress on goals to support program impact reporting for partners.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity by staying current on personal finance trends, fintech tools, and regional financial regulations that affect your clients.
Requirements
- Hold an active Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA) or a similar recognized financial planning/advisory designation.
- Write and speak fluent Swedish and English in all professional contexts, including complex financial discussions and written communications.
- Bring a demonstrated passion for educating individuals and empowering them to take control of their financial future.
- Exhibit the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize effectively, and respond to direction from diverse team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess broad expertise in personal finance areas including retirement planning, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, and insurance.
- Show comfort working within a digital-first delivery model, using technology to scale personalized guidance while preserving a human touch.
- Commit to maintaining the highest ethical standards and a client-first mindset in every interaction, reflecting the fiduciary nature of the role.
