What you'll do
Coordinate and conduct one-on-one financial guidance sessions with employees based in Israel through video, chat, and email channels.
Adapt the LearnLux financial planning methodology to address region-specific topics such as local tax implications, housing markets, and equity compensation structures relevant to Israel.
Analyze client data to identify financial patterns and risks, then develop tailored strategies that align with individual life goals and timelines.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert on benefit plan options during open enrollment, educating employees on choices and trade-offs.
Collaborate with the product and content teams to refine lesson materials, ensuring that digital resources are accurate, culturally relevant, and pedagogically effective for Israeli users.
Design and execute engagement campaigns, including virtual workshops and targeted communications, to boost financial literacy and platform adoption among employer partners in Israel.
Monitor client progress against stated financial objectives, providing ongoing coaching and adjustments to plans as life circumstances evolve.
Represent LearnLux in professional forums and cross-functional meetings, bringing the voice of the Israeli client to strategic product and policy discussions.

Requirements
Hold an active Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA) designation or equivalent financial planning licenses that demonstrate your credibility and expertise.
Possess fluency in both English and Hebrew, written and spoken, to ensure clear communication and accurate translation of complex financial concepts.
Exhibit a genuine passion for empowering individuals to take control of their financial lives and invest confidently in their future.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize effectively under pressure, and follow directions from various team members across time zones.
Bring experience across multiple personal finance domains, including retirement planning, equity compensation analysis, investment strategy, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, and insurance.
Commit to maintaining and expanding your knowledge of financial regulations, market conditions, and best practices relevant to the advisory services provided in Israel.
