About the role
You will act as a Certified Financial Planner professional who delivers fiduciary-grade guidance through a digital interface to employees located in Finland and the Nordic region. You own the client conversation from initial discovery through to action planning, ensuring each interaction reflects the LearnLux methodology and maintains the highest standard of professionalism. You own the adaptation of financial planning advice to suit the regulatory and cultural context of Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, translating complex benefits into clear, practical steps. You own the responsibility of becoming a subject matter expert on employer benefit plans so you can support employees during open enrollment and major life events. You own the creation of educational content, reviewing outlines and approving materials that will be delivered through the LearnLux digital platform. You own the execution of remote engagement campaigns, including digital webinars and occasional on-site events that strengthen employer partnerships. You own the continuous improvement of the digital experience by participating in team meetings and contributing your frontline insights to product and content decisions. You own the accountability of meeting client goals while adhering to strict quality and compliance standards that protect both the client and the organization. What you'll do
Advise employees remotely over video, chat, and email on budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and related personal finance topics for Finland and the surrounding region.
Adapt the LearnLux financial planning methodology to address Nordic-specific financial planning topics including those relevant in Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
Participate in recurring team meetings to inject your subject matter expertise into the LearnLux digital experience and influence product thinking.
Become an expert on employer benefit plans so you can function as an extension of the client's team during open enrollment and annual benefits cycles.
Review and create outlines, evaluate lessons, and approve content that will be published on the LearnLux digital platform for Finnish and Nordic users.
Lead engagement campaigns for employer partners through digital webinars and occasional on-site events that deepen relationships and drive adoption.
Manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize effectively, and respond to direction from multiple team members while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Educate individuals to take control of their financial future by explaining complex topics such as retirement planning, investments, debt management, and equity compensation in clear language.
Maintain strict attention to compliance and fiduciary standards to protect both the employee and LearnLux in all client interactions and content deliverables.
Contribute feedback based on real client interactions to help refine the digital tools, content, and overall experience offered through the platform.
Support employer partners by demonstrating how the LearnLux program drives outcomes such as reduced financial stress, increased productivity, and improved retention.
Stay current on financial planning best practices and regulatory changes in Finland and the Nordic region to ensure advice remains accurate and relevant.
Requirements
Hold an active Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA), or a similar recognized financial planning or advisory credential.
Write and speak fluent English and Finnish in both written and spoken communication to serve clients and collaborate with internal teams effectively.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for educating individuals and empowering them to take control of their financial future through informed decision-making.
Possess the ability to perform several tasks concurrently, prioritize workloads, and take direction from multiple team members in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Bring experience across multiple areas of personal finance including retirement planning, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, insurance, and related financial topics.

Prove reliability, ownership, and accountability in remote work settings, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness at all times.
Nice to have
Fluency in additional languages such as Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish is a nice to have that will expand your ability to support Nordic colleagues.
Experience working in a startup or fintech environment, where agility, rapid iteration, and ownership are essential to success.
Experience creating presentations and delivering content to large audiences, whether virtual or in-person, to enhance employer engagement and education.
