Sales Development Representative Outbound (d/f/m)
Job description
About the role
You will own the full end-to-end outbound sales cycle for new business at Leapsome from initial research to qualified meeting delivery. You will be responsible for crafting and testing messaging that resonates specifically with HR and People leaders rather than relying on generic scripts. In this role, you act as the voice and eyes of the company when reaching out to prospective organizations. You will collaborate closely with marketing and revenue operations to refine campaigns and share insights from the field. Your work will directly influence the growth of the sales pipeline and the booking of high-quality meetings. You will develop deep expertise in HR technology and clearly communicate how Leapsome delivers value. You will treat every interaction as an opportunity to learn and iterate on what drives real engagement.
