Position Overview
This role is for a Revenue Enablement Manager based in Singapore. The position is full-time. The expected annual compensation is 140,000 SGD. The individual in this position will be a key architect of learning pathways for sales teams, specifically focusing on enterprise and mid-market segments. They will own the full enablement lifecycle, transforming direct feedback from the field into structured programs. The primary goal is to design frameworks for onboarding, training, and operational readiness that enhance seller efficiency. The role requires a continuous improvement mindset to refine processes and demonstrate clear impact on seller performance.
Key Responsibilities
The Revenue Enablement Manager will set quarterly objectives in partnership with sales leadership. These goals will align enablement initiatives with specific pipeline targets and win-rate improvements for enterprise and mid-market AEs. They will create structured onboarding paths and role-specific curricula. These learning paths are designed to reduce the time required for new enterprise and mid-market account executives to reach full productivity.
This role involves equipping sales managers with essential resources. The manager will provide playbooks, data visualization tools, and coaching frameworks. These assets are intended to improve the accuracy of sales forecasting and reduce the length of sales cycles. Capturing and translating seller insights is a core function. The manager will ensure that field feedback is converted into programs that maintain alignment between field teams and corporate objectives.
The manager will utilize performance metrics and feedback mechanisms to refine programs continuously. This process demonstrates the business impact of enablement efforts. Key metrics include deal velocity and time-to-ramp. They will work closely with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams. This collaboration is necessary to scope and launch initiatives that address identified capability gaps.
Championing the adoption of specific tools and best practices is essential. This focus aims to improve pipeline generation and opportunity progression for sellers. The role includes hosting Quarterly Business Reviews with sales leadership. These reviews assess enablement progress and allow for the refinement of multi-year strategic plans.
The manager will draft detailed project plans for all enablement activities. These plans will include clear deliverables, defined milestones, and strict deadlines to ensure timely execution. They will provide direct support for Sales Kickoff events and major product launches. This support must be managed alongside other enablement priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to design scalable enablement programs. These programs must connect directly to revenue outcomes for both enterprise and mid-market customers. Clear communication is mandatory, both in writing and verbally. The individual must convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders without ambiguity.
They must be an effective presenter, trainer, and facilitator. This skill set must be applicable to large and matrixed organizations. Building trust with go-to-market teams is critical. The manager must become a trusted advisor whom sellers rely on for practical support.
Collaboration across functions is a primary requirement. The candidate must foster consensus and drive alignment among stakeholders who have competing priorities. Adaptability is essential to manage shifting needs in high-growth sales environments. The individual must quickly reprioritize work in response to change.
Effective management of multiple initiatives under tight deadlines is required. The manager must maintain quality and clarity in all deliverables. They must handle uncertainty with ease. The ability to learn rapidly, test new approaches, and iterate based on observed impact is necessary for success.
Preferred Qualifications and Tools
Previous experience working with API platforms is beneficial. Familiarity with revenue operations tools and sales performance management systems is a plus.
The candidate will utilize Postman, API platforms, and Revenue Enablement tools. Proficiency in Program Management and Salesforce is expected. Experience with Learning Management Systems is also required.
