This role is responsible for driving the execution of product marketing strategies that translate core product truths into effective sales materials for the AI Time platform. You will own the operationalization of established positioning frameworks to enhance overall sales effectiveness. The focus is on ensuring that the sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and information to succeed in their objectives. You will bridge the gap between complex product features and compelling customer value propositions. This position requires a strategic partner who is deeply embedded in the sales motion. Key facts
What you'll do
- Conduct deep technical discovery of the AI Time platform's features, capabilities, and integrations to uncover specific customer outcomes.
- Author and maintain a library of sales enablement content, including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, demo scripts, and objection handling guides.
- Serve as the owner of the primary sales presentation deck, ensuring narrative consistency and alignment with all related collateral.
- Translate intricate technical specifications into clear, value-oriented narratives that resonate with both technical evaluators and business decision-makers.
- Establish a competitive intelligence practice, monitoring rivals and related solutions to keep battlecards and comparison documents current and insightful.
- Partner with the sales leadership team to identify knowledge gaps and co-develop targeted enablement content to support new representative onboarding.
- Lead the creation of critical sales documents such as solution briefs, data sheets, and announcements for new feature releases.
- Implement a governance model for all enablement assets to guarantee they remain well-organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for the sales team.
- Analyze the adoption and usage metrics of sales materials to iterate and improve content effectiveness over time.
- Act as the central documentation hub for all product narratives, ensuring that messaging is cohesive across all customer touchpoints.
- Facilitate workshops with sales teams to gather feedback and refine messaging based on real-world selling experiences.
- Ensure that all content adheres to the established brand voice and positioning architecture without diluting key differentiators.
- Proactively identify shifts in the market landscape and recommend updates to positioning based on emerging trends.
- Drive the creation of competitive win/loss analyses to inform future go-to-market strategies and content development.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in B2B product marketing, sales enablement, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate the capability to understand complex software products and articulate their value simply to diverse audiences.
- Maintain a proven track record of developing sales enablement assets that are actively used by sales representatives, including decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and demo scripts.
- Exhibit strong writing and storytelling skills, with the discipline to work strictly within existing positioning and messaging guidelines.
- Show familiarity with competitive intelligence methodologies and the process of transforming raw data into practical sales tools.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, maintaining close communication and alignment with the sales organization.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and agility is required to meet sales demands.
- Adhere to strict documentation standards to ensure accuracy and clarity of all deliverables.
