Senior Technical Project Manager
Job description
About the role
You own the complete end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers, acting as the central orchestrator between clients and Laurel's implementation engineers. You will ensure every deployment is high quality and successful on the first go-live, not merely completed on schedule. In this role, you translate intricate technical workflows into clear, actionable plans that keep complex projects moving forward without losing momentum. You are comfortable leading executive kickoff calls and simultaneously conducting technical deep-dives with engineering teams to unblock progress. Time to Value serves as your primary guiding metric, balanced with an unwavering commitment to an exceptional customer experience. You leverage agentic AI tools and technology-enabled workflows to scale your effectiveness and solve implementation challenges with creative efficiency. If you are passionate about transforming how professionals work and building a lasting company that explores the essence of time, this role is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
