About the role
In this role, you will manage the execution of marketing campaigns across North America for our legal, accounting, and consulting verticals at Laurel. You will own the regional campaign outcomes and ensure that our messaging resonates with enterprise buyers in professional services. This position requires you to adapt campaign materials and experiences to fit the specific nuances of the North American market. You will organize and execute field activities, including regional events and targeted account-based programs that drive engagement. Collaboration with regional sales teams is central to aligning marketing efforts with pipeline goals and revenue targets. You will work closely with product marketing and brand teams to maintain consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Furthermore, you will monitor regional campaign performance and provide actionable feedback to the growth and analytics teams for continuous improvement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies support sales and product objectives.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to track engagement, manage leads, and report on campaign effectiveness accurately.
- Implement account-based marketing tactics to target high-value enterprise accounts within the legal, financial, and professional services sectors.
- Leverage data insights to refine audience segmentation and improve the personalization of marketing campaigns across channels.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and regulatory standards relevant to North American markets.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in field marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles within enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns and events that generate pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end event planning, including conferences, webinars, and account-based initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Strong capability to work closely with sales departments on account targeting, ensuring marketing activities support and enhance sales efforts.
- Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple concurrent campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders without compromising quality.
- Experience with regional campaign performance tracking, using data to inform decisions and demonstrate marketing impact on pipeline.
- Solid understanding of account-based marketing principles and the ability to apply them in a B2B enterprise context.
- Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles and decision-making processes within the legal, financial, and professional services sectors.
