About the role
You will own the end-to-end EMEA field marketing strategy as Laurel's first dedicated marketing hire in the region, shaping how we connect with professional services leaders across Europe. You will design and execute high-impact, time-respectful experiences that reflect our mission to return time to professionals and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will serve as the primary boots-on-the-ground partner for our EMEA sales team, building authentic relationships and ensuring every interaction aligns with our brand promise. You will leverage data and local market insights to adapt global campaigns into region-specific programs that drive pipeline and engagement. You will act as the strategic bridge between our US-based leadership and European stakeholders, translating cultural nuances into actionable marketing initiatives. You will rigorously measure the impact of your work, optimizing campaigns based on pipeline contribution, attendee quality, and influenced ARR. What you'll do
Develop and own the EMEA field marketing strategy, aligning events, digital programs, and community initiatives with our overarching growth objectives.
Architect the end-to-end experience for Laurel-hosted events and third-party conferences, ensuring every minute delivers clear value to time-constrained professionals.
Create and manage localized playbooks for each market, incorporating automated email cadences, personalized outreach, and pre-event engagement tactics.
Collaborate closely with EMEA account executives to maximize event attendance, minimize no-shows, and convert engagement into qualified pipeline opportunities.
Implement robust tracking and reporting frameworks to measure pipeline contribution, deal acceleration, cost per attendee, and influenced ARR across all events.
Lead the design of time-efficient experiences that embody Laurel's mission, balancing executive depth with respect for attendees' schedules.
Scale the events program across the EMEA region as Laurel expands beyond the UK, applying learnings from the UK market to new territories.
Act as the central marketing liaison for the EMEA go-to-market team, ensuring tight alignment on target accounts, messaging, and lead qualification criteria.
Adapt global demand generation campaigns for European cultural and regulatory contexts, working with US-based partners to maintain strategic consistency.
Partner with RevOps to refine lead flow processes, attribution models, and reporting dashboards specific to the EMEA market.
Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback from European customers and partners to inform global product narratives and positioning.
Lay the foundation for a premier EMEA community by connecting Managing Partners, CIOs, CFOs, and operations leaders around shared challenges and opportunities.
Convert insights from executive dinners and roundtables into compelling content, including case studies, social proof, and thought leadership assets.
Support integrated marketing initiatives such as executive gifting, targeted outreach sequences, and content amplification tailored to regional preferences.
Champion experimentation within a structured framework, testing new channels, formats, and approaches to optimize performance over time.
Drive long-term relationship building with key stakeholders, ensuring Laurel remains top-of-mind during critical procurement and strategy decisions.
Requirements
You bring 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong blend of demand generation, events, and field marketing background.
You have a proven track record of planning and executing successful events that drive measurable pipeline growth, ranging from intimate executive dinners to larger conferences.
You possess hands-on experience with digital demand generation channels, including LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
You demonstrate deep familiarity with professional services, legal tech, accounting software, or B2B SaaS markets and the unique buying dynamics within these sectors.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve and data informs rapid decision-making.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for senior-level executive audiences across cultures.
You are detail-oriented and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously without compromising quality.
You hold the right to work in the United Kingdom and are based in or near London, enabling regular attendance at events across EMEA.

Experience building and scaling community programs for professional services leaders, including Managing Partners, CIOs, and CFOs.
Background in AI, time intelligence, or data-driven productivity tools that transform how organizations capture and optimize their most valuable resource.
Experience with third-party conference sponsorship, booth staffing, and session hosting within the professional services industry.
Familiarity with CRM and RevOps tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms for managing complex lead journeys.
Understanding of executive gifting strategies and their role in nurturing high-value relationships in B2B markets.

This is a hybrid role based in or near London, England, requiring periodic travel across the EMEA region for events and client visits.
