About the role
The Director of Partnerships owns the end to end ownership of strategic alliance initiatives focused on mid-market and enterprise clients for the Later platform. This leader is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high value opportunities that align with the company's vision for data driven influencer marketing. They consult closely with stakeholders to understand complex business challenges and position Later as a trusted partner powered by AI and proprietary insights. The role requires balancing new business acquisition with the expansion of existing relationships to drive sustainable, predictable revenue growth. Success is defined by the ability to build long term relationships that result in measurable outcomes for clients and the business. This leader sets the tone for collaboration, ensuring that partnership strategies are rigorously evaluated and consistently executed. What you'll do
Identify and qualify mid-market and enterprise brands and agencies that present strong growth potential for Later.
Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover client needs and align Later's AI and data-powered platform capabilities.
Present platform demos and craft customized proposals that clearly articulate value and return on investment.
Negotiate and close deals while expanding revenue across new and existing account portfolios.
Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline to ensure forecasting accuracy and operational rigor in hitting revenue targets.
Leverage Later's AI and data insights to provide measurable recommendations that drive client success.
Refine sales strategies and processes continuously to improve efficiency and impact in a high growth environment.
Requirements
The posting states a pay range of $250,000 to $300,000.5 or more years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS, media, or influencer marketing is required for this role.
A proven track record of closing enterprise level deals and expanding existing partnerships is a must have for this position.
Experience selling into marketing, brand, or media teams at Fortune 1000 companies and agencies is required.
A strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and affiliate/creator commerce is required for success.
The ability to lead clients through a consultative, solutions driven sales process is essential.
