VP, Revenue Operations
Job description
About the role
Later is the world's most intelligent influencer marketing company, built to give brands the confidence to create unforgettable campaigns. By combining real creator relationships, trusted intelligence, and expert guidance, Later removes fear and guesswork from one of marketing's most visible investments. The Vice President of Revenue Operations will own and transform the operational engine behind the company's go-to-market motion, encompassing Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Ops, Creator Ops, Enablement, and the Dev & Integrations team. This executive will be responsible for the operating model, the infrastructure, and the evolution of how Later sells, markets, serves clients, and manages a growing creator ecosystem that has driven $2.4B+ in verified commerce. The role requires a dual mandate where half the responsibility lies in running the current business functions and the other half focuses on transforming those functions for the future. You will report to the SVP & Head of AI Operations, acting as their operational counterpart while managing a team of experienced directors and senior managers across six sub-functions. Later is in the middle of a company-wide AI transformation, and this role sits at the center of that initiative, requiring the incumbent to bring a distinct point of view on how AI reshapes revenue operations.
