Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the utilities or construction sector, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
