Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the utilities or construction sector, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices within the industry.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving operational excellence.
• Proficient in using management software and tools to track performance and streamline operations.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
