What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple framework projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction sector, with a focus on framework management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, quality assurance, and environmental standards in construction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
- A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is highly desirable.

- Experience working with public sector clients or within a framework agreement context.
