What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple framework projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction sector, with a focus on framework management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, quality assurance, and environmental standards in construction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
• A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is highly desirable.

• Experience working with public sector clients or within a framework agreement context.
