What you'll do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Lanes division, ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on results.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A degree in business management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes is advantageous.
