Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on results.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• A degree in business management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes is advantageous.
