Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and account management practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage accounts effectively.
