What you'll do
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all activities align with project specifications and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, along with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, demonstrating strong decision-making capabilities.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management within the context of construction projects.
