Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in excavation engineering or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of excavation techniques, soil mechanics, and environmental regulations.
- Proven experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to excavation work.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience with advanced excavation technologies, such as GPS-guided equipment.
- Knowledge of sustainable excavation practices and environmental impact assessments.
- Previous experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
