What you'll do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aimed at attracting early-career talent, including university graduates and apprentices.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create tailored job descriptions that resonate with potential candidates.
• Organize and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking opportunities to promote Bamboohr as an employer of choice.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating selection.
• Implement and oversee an effective onboarding program that ensures new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and their respective teams.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry organizations to create a pipeline of emerging talent.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in the development of training and development programs aimed at nurturing the skills of new employees.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and workforce development to keep Bamboohr competitive.
• Collaborate with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with overall organizational goals and diversity initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, particularly for early-career talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
