Manager, Supplier Growth & Partnerships
Job description
About the role
You will own the strategic expansion and optimization of Labviva's supplier ecosystem within Life Sciences, R&D, and MRO categories. This role requires a supplier mindset where you act as a dedicated business development manager focused on translating platform value into tangible growth for partner organizations. You will leverage direct experience within supplier environments to identify commercial opportunities and remove operational friction. Your daily work will involve securing new suppliers, deepening existing relationships, and ensuring they view Labviva as a primary channel for revenue expansion. You will balance quantitative analysis with high-touch consultative outreach to align supplier goals with marketplace success. Ultimately, you will bridge the gap between platform capabilities and supplier needs, driving adoption, retention, and long-term network strength.
Key facts
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end business development and onboarding cycles to integrate high-value Life Sciences and MRO suppliers into the Labviva ecosystem.
Articulate the strategic and financial value proposition of Labviva to potential partners, helping them navigate digital catalog integration, marketplace logistics, and e-procurement alignment.
Establish and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key supplier stakeholders, acting as a credible advisor rather than a transactional vendor.
Monitor supplier engagement and performance metrics, analyzing data trends to identify opportunities that help partners maximize their sales volume and operational efficiency on the Labviva platform.
Partner with product, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure our platform capabilities continuously evolve to solve real-world supplier pain points and adoption barriers.
Lead quarterly business reviews with core suppliers, aligning their commercial objectives with Labviva's growth trajectory and marketplace positioning.
Act as the face of Labviva's supplier network at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows, representing the brand with professionalism and strategic insight.
Identify and pursue incremental growth opportunities within existing supplier relationships, including new product categories, featured placements, and collaborative campaigns.
Develop and maintain a clear understanding of competitor marketplace offerings and supplier engagement models to ensure Labviva remains a differentiated partner.
Translate complex platform features into clear, supplier-focused narratives that highlight ease of integration, operational benefits, and revenue potential.
Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth supplier onboarding, reducing time-to-value and increasing early-stage engagement.
Use CRM and data analysis tools to track partner health, forecast pipeline progression, and prioritize high-impact supplier relationships.
Champion a supplier-first mindset across cross-functional teams, ensuring that marketplace decisions reflect real supplier and customer needs.
Continuously document learnings from supplier interactions to inform internal training, product roadmaps, and partnership strategies.

Prove a track record of navigating complex corporate structures, overcoming commercial friction, and closing mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, supply chain management, or a related field; an MBA is a distinct advantage.
Exhibit proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and data analysis tools to track partner health and pipeline metrics.
Commit to working hybrid in the Boston headquarters, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office unless remote eligibility applies under time zone constraints.
