About the role
The owns the complete design lifecycle for digital products, transforming complex business needs into elegant, functional interfaces for web and mobile environments. This role requires strategic vision and meticulous execution as you guide projects from initial discovery through to final implementation with a focus on innovation. You will work in partnership with diverse teams and clients to develop solutions that are both effective and visually compelling while maintaining a high standard of quality. You are responsible for leading the design of user flows and high-fidelity interactions within Figma, ensuring every detail aligns with research findings and product analytics. Your daily work involves owning the end-to-end development of design systems, managing workflows from research and ideation through to final delivery and handoff. A core part of this position involves translating ambiguous and complex requirements into clear information architectures, user flows, and interface patterns that stakeholders can understand and act upon. You will present your design decisions and trade-offs to both internal teams and external clients, facilitating discussions that lead to informed feedback and better outcomes for the product. Success in this role requires the ability to synthesize input from developers, strategists, and clients to converge on the strongest possible solution that meets business and user needs.

What you'll do
- Lead the design of user flows and high-fidelity interactions within Figma for a variety of web and mobile products, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
- Conduct detailed analysis of research findings and product analytics to refine every interaction detail and element of the visual language continuously.
- Own the end-to-end development of design systems, managing workflows from research and ideation through to final delivery and maintenance.
- Translate ambiguous and complex requirements into clear information architectures, user flows, and interface patterns that guide development teams.
- Present design decisions and trade-offs to internal teams and external clients, facilitating discussions that lead to informed feedback and better outcomes.
- Synthesize input from developers, strategists, and clients to converge on the strongest possible solution while balancing competing priorities.
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency, quality, and meticulous attention to detail across all deliverables and deadlines.
- Stay current with emerging design patterns, tools, and industry trends to contribute fresh and relevant ideas that drive innovation.
- Mentor junior designers by providing clear, actionable feedback that supports their professional growth and improves the quality of their output.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design decisions align with engineering constraints and business objectives.
- Advocate for the user by embedding research insights and usability best practices throughout the design process from concept to launch.
- Develop prototypes and interactive demos to communicate concepts effectively and validate design decisions with stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong visual aesthetic and interaction design language that aligns with brand guidelines and product goals.
- Participate in code reviews and design critiques to ensure final implementations match the intended design vision.
- Contribute to the growth of the design community within the company by sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.
Requirements
Applicants must possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in UX and UI design, with at least one year spent in a lead role managing complex projects. Your portfolio must demonstrate a strong grasp of interaction design, visual execution, and UX thinking specifically for digital products across multiple platforms. Advanced proficiency in Figma is required, along with comfort level using prototyping tools to communicate concepts effectively to both technical and non- technical audiences. You must have the ability to synthesize research, data, and business constraints to form practical and viable design decisions that meet user and business goals. Clear communication of design rationale is necessary, as is the confidence to advocate for these decisions with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Previous experience designing complex digital products or platforms is required to succeed in this fast-paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable navigating ambiguity while collaborating across different disciplines including engineering, product management, and marketing. A verified portfolio link is mandatory for application review to assess design thinking and execution quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively with remote and in-person team members. The ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities while maintaining a high standard of work is critical for success in this role.
