What you'll do
Architect and develop robust, scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot in collaboration with our elite development team.
Design and implement high-performance backend services and APIs that meet stringent quality, security, and scalability standards.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while actively participating in rigorous code reviews to uphold our quality benchmarks.
Conduct extensive testing, including unit, integration, and performance testing, to ensure the delivery of flawless software products.
Investigate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools, and synthesize your findings into actionable recommendations for the wider team.
Champion the adoption of modern software development practices, including optimized workflows, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate technical concepts and project status with clarity and precision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to gather requirements, refine features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Explore and integrate cutting-edge front-end technologies, working with frameworks such as React or Angular to enhance user experience.
Contribute to the full stack development lifecycle, taking ownership of components from data storage and routing to templating and optimization.
Requirements
Possess 3 or more years of hands-on experience building and delivering modern, production-grade web applications within a team environment.
Demonstrate very strong Java programming skills, with extensive experience utilizing Spring Boot or Spring Cloud in real-world projects.
Showcase front-end framework experience using React, Angular, or similar modern JavaScript libraries and tools.
Exhibit a deep understanding of the core components that form a modern web application, including APIs, data storage, routing, caching, design patterns, optimization, and security.
Maintain a solid grasp of fundamental web principles such as HTTP protocols, the Document Object Model, SSL encryption, and web server management.
Demonstrate fluency with relational database systems, or alternatively, show competence with NoSQL database technologies.
Prove you have great interpersonal skills, thriving in a close-knit team environment that requires constant communication and collaboration.
Bring a proactive personality and a relentless desire to deliver your absolute best work in every task you undertake.
Show a genuine love for improving software development workflows, processes, and the overall engineering culture.
Nice to have
Bring experience working within public cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure to our projects.
Show expertise with GraphQL, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline our deployment strategies.
Have hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager to manage complex digital content.

The estimated compensation for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
