What you'll do

• Architect software solutions using Spec Driven Development (SDD) to establish clear blueprints that guide implementation and ensure scalability.
• Build and deploy high-quality web applications by coordinating design requirements with robust backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Identify and eliminate manual tasks across the development lifecycle by implementing intelligent automation powered by AI and custom tooling.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers during problem-solving sessions to refine requirements and validate solution approaches.
• Maintain and evolve platform infrastructure to support long-term growth while enforcing strict standards for security and performance.
• Conduct thorough peer reviews of code contributions to uphold quality standards and uncover potential issues before deployment.
• Optimize application performance and reliability through continuous monitoring, testing, and iterative improvements.
• Stay current with advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and full-stack technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Document technical decisions and system behavior to ensure clarity and continuity for current and future contributors.
• Facilitate technical workshops and discussions that align the team around shared goals and best practices.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer responsible for delivering software products in production environments.
• Accumulate at least 3 years of dedicated full-time experience in web development focusing on modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Spec Driven Development (SDD) including the creation and utilization of detailed technical specifications.
• Show a proven track record of automating workflows, testing procedures, and deployment pipelines to reduce manual intervention.
• Exhibit strong competence in developing and deploying applications using major cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Possess hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Have familiarity with Vertex AI and related Google Cloud services for building and deploying machine learning capabilities.
• Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for leading technical discussions and workshops.
• Ensure attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-assurance environments through rigorous testing and validation.
• Embrace a collaborative mindset that values feedback and actively incorporates input from diverse team members.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to open source projects or engaging with community-driven development initiatives.
• Familiarity with advanced CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Tekton and GitHub Actions in complex production scenarios.
• Knowledge of data processing frameworks and techniques for handling large-scale information streams.
• Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations and the integration of AI coding assistants in development workflows.
• Understanding of the AGENTS.md standard and its application in documenting agent behaviors and interactions.
• Background working with PostgreSQL and other relational or NoSQL database systems at scale.
• Experience supporting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines that rely on container orchestration in distributed environments.

Work is based in LATAM.

This is a full-time position.
