What you'll do
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with Konfio's values and mission.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create tailored job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the qualifications and fit the company culture.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding logistics, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system to ensure compliance and streamline processes.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve our hiring strategies and enhance the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
- Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to expand our reach and attract diverse talent.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Konfio as an employer of choice within the fintech sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure that Konfio remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices in candidate selection.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the fintech or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior management positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
