What you'll do

• Lead the product development lifecycle for Tarjeta Presente, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with the overall company objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the financial services sector.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through user feedback, surveys, and direct engagement with clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in the financial services or fintech sector.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to enhance product performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban, to facilitate efficient product development processes.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and practices, ensuring that products are designed with the end-user in mind.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
