What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud engineering or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial technology or a related industry is a plus.
