Requirements

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data modeling, machine learning, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying predictive models in a production environment.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to data usage and financial modeling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
