What you'll do

• Analyze payment transaction data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth within our payment solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to optimize the payment user experience, ensuring seamless transactions for our customers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payment processing and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to understand competitive positioning and identify potential areas for innovation in payment offerings.
• Work closely with marketing teams to design and implement campaigns aimed at increasing payment adoption and usage among existing and new customers.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of payment methods, providing insights that inform product development and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with finance and risk management teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks associated with payment processing.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of new payment features and enhancements, using data to drive decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the fintech or payments industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with payment processing systems and understanding of payment regulations and compliance standards.
