Project Ownership Role
This position involves end to end ownership of projects inside retail systems. The role is guided by three to five years of hands on experience which informs daily decisions. You will drive innovation for customers while simultaneously protecting data integrity and operational stability. Success requires a balance of technical acumen and business awareness.
Key Responsibilities
You will design intake pathways that capture demand and clarify scope before work commences. The role requires you to architect and build modules using modern tools while observing policies and security rules. You will conduct review sessions that validate quality and align outcomes with business goals. Coordination of ship routines ensures products reach customers on schedule and meet defined standards.
You will forge partner links that connect teams and keep workflows moving across departments. Champion testing cycles that expose risk early and protect customer experience. Refine data reports that track performance and highlight chances for improvement. Support operations workflows that balance load and maintain service reliability. Enable commercial teams with insights that guide offers and customer interactions. Maintain marketplace features that connect buyers and sellers on the platform.
Requirements
Candidates must hold three to five years of experience in relevant domains and responsibilities. The ability to work in South Melbourne Victoria is essential while following local regulations and norms. A strong understanding of how to handle sensitive information and keep systems secure is required. Clear communication in written and spoken language with diverse stakeholders is mandatory. Collaboration with cross functional groups to solve problems and deliver value is expected.
Compensation and Location
The position is based in South Melbourne, Victoria. Engagement is full time. The compensation package is 130000 AUD annually.
