About the role
This internship places you at the center of Lexington Medical's innovation pipeline in the Boston area. You will own projects that move from concept to tangible medical device components under the guidance of experienced engineering and manufacturing leads. Your daily work will directly support the design, validation, and production readiness of minimally invasive surgical stapling solutions. You will collaborate across departments to translate high-level requirements into practical test plans and process improvements. What you'll do
- Investigate design constraints and manufacturing feasibility for new surgical stapling platforms.
